Webdevium provides software development, website development, consulting, and related technical services.
The scope of work for each project will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
3. Payments
Payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Invoices are due upon receipt
• Late payments may result in paused work
• Deposits may be required before work begins
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Project Scope
Work performed by Webdevium will follow the agreed project scope.
Requests outside of the original scope may require:
• Additional fees
• A revised timeline
• A new agreement
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all invoices, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for them.
Webdevium retains the right to:
• Display completed work in its portfolio
• Reference the project for marketing purposes
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, services, plugins, APIs, or hosting providers.
Webdevium is not responsible for:
• outages
• platform changes
• third-party service disruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
Webdevium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the applicable agreement.
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
9. Changes to Terms
Webdevium reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
